Xichangwei Village
The village is located in the northeastern part of Xinwei, Kansai
Xichangwei is commonly known as “Laowei”. It is located in Guanxi Village, a famous historical and cultural village in China in the south of Jiangxi Province. It was built in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties. It’s irregularly shaped houses that were built by the founder Xu Mingjun and his brothers.
The area of the village is about 87 meters of diameter
covering and area of 5200 square meters.
It was listed as a world heritage site in 2008
The village is entered around the temple and has a two story brick structure
The Guayin Hall in the temple is the place for burning incense for good blessings
